70 Employees Underwent CROP and Qlue Training

For creating a better response for Street Light handling, as many as 70 employees serving under Jakarta Industry and Energy Department underwent socialization and training of CROP (Quick Response Public Opinion) and Qlue applications, Tuesday (8/25).

That's why we hold training and hope our employee could respond public complaints quickly

Such training is expected to stimulate employee faster in responding citizen complaints via CROP and Qlue applications.

Head of Jakarta Industry and Energy Department, Haris Pindranto voiced the training was held because many employees still poor about technology, even though complaint report is very much and must be responded quickly.

" That's why we hold training and hope our employee could respond public complaints quickly ," admitted Pindranto, Tuesday (8/23).

Those 70 employees are from representatives from supervisors and post officers of street light in 6 areas, City Lighting and Street Light Section, Supervision and Control Section, and Department Secretariat.
